Individual Sales
All individual sales will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders that have processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Fundraising Sales
Fundraising orders will be shipped or delivered on or by the day agreed upon with the fundraising coordinator. Please direct fundraising delivery questions to your fundraising coordinator. Orders placed through a fundraiser must be cancelled by the last day of the fundraiser. Orders that have processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Refunds and Replacements
We at Maison de Marie, LLC ensure that we ship quality items to you and all sales, once processed, are final. However, issues do happen in transit. Should you receive a broken or defective product, contact us with a picture and we will either replace or refund the cost of the item, according to our discretion.
